The Boks have had 3 tough years that according to Sports scientist guru Tim Noakes, will catch up with them.

I think our leading guys look tired and need a break, otherwise injuries and lack of form will start to creep in.

Yes I agree that it is time for our Boks to have a break.
It will be very interesting to see what the psychological effect of results of the end of the year tour will be on all teams from the southern hemisphere.

Thanks Chris. My pleasure doing live updates.

It’s a pity we lost, but keeping things in perspective, SA rugby is still very healthy. I would rather we started to rest our top guys and start building our depth, as when we lost key players such as Spies and Juan Smith we need back-up.

Pity we had a similar result in the Pro 20 cricket game too.

Yip it has been a long season. The european international season only started lately and so my opinion is that it is never a true reflection as we are at the end of our season and thus our guys are tired and deserve a break from all the rugga. thank you for the live feedback. we appreciate it a lot. keep it up!
